Basic revenge story presented as a series of extremely violent episodes. Like a long (2 1/2 hours), slick I Spit on Your Grave.
Cine was very beautiful...in every scene. Acting, editing, camera work were world-class. But the fact that there's a market for this kind of material is very troubling. Move over David Fincher...we're headed for the glorious world of snuff films.
